CAI Mission Statement
The mission of Crescent Academy is to educate and raise young people imbued with the qualities of a Muslim personality: devotion to Almighty Allah, commitment to their Islamic principles, care and service to others, and an understanding of their role in contemporary society. The goal of the school is to develop students who are empowered by their Islamic faith and practice to live as effective, conscientious, and upright citizens in the national and international community contributing to the betterment of life.

Fundraising Dinner Performance- Saturday, May 19
**Registration begins at 2:15 PM and the performance will begin promptly at 3:00 PM.
**Babysitting will not be available for younger children. Please plan accordingly.
**Non-CAI students will not be allowed backstage or with the students before or after their performance.
Students need to practice, practice, practice every day for their parts. See attachment below for the Quran assignments.
What to Wear????
Students should wear solid colored shirts according to their literacy. Everyone should wear navy blue pants or long skirts and black dress shoes.
Spiritual- Light Blue
Moral- Green
Intellectual- Yellow
Physical- Orange
Interpersonal- Red
Cultural- Purple

List all 5 salat in order, know the number of rakat for each, and tell the time of day each begins
Translate all of Surat al Fatiha
Translate the Tashahud (matching)
Translate Ayat al Kursi (matching)
